Every engagement begins with a complimentary discovery call. We’ll get to know your business, your current pain points, and what success looks like for you. No pressure—just a conversation.
2. Deep-Dive Discovery Sessions
Need more time to explore your needs or map out complex systems? If, after our initial free call, we both feel there’s a good fit, we’ll move into a dedicated two-hour discovery phase for $150. This gives us time to dive deep into your workflows, goals, and what a successful solution looks like for your team. For more complex projects, additional discovery or requirements gathering may be necessary and will be discussed separately as part of the project scope.
3. Tailored Solution Design
Based on what we uncover, we’ll craft a set of tailored solution recommendations, including platform architecture, automation opportunities, and integrations—along with a proposed timeline and pricing. You’ll walk away with a clear plan for moving forward.
