I’m the founder of Gridworks Consulting—and I’ve spent over 15 years designing and implementing enterprise systems that run some of the world’s largest organizations. In that time, I watched how AI and automation began transforming the way large companies operate—cutting waste, surfacing insights, and accelerating growth. But while enterprise teams were moving faster, most small business owners were working harder, not smarter—drowning in spreadsheets, repetitive work, and disconnected systems.
I started Gridworks to close that gap. The same technologies that give large enterprises an edge—automation, AI, and connected data—can be just as powerful for small and mid-sized businesses when applied strategically.
