Hi, I’m Dan

Hi, I’m the founder of Gridworks Consulting—and a longtime lover of clean data, clever systems, and well-organized spreadsheets. With over 15 years of experience in enterprise software, I’ve worn many hats: implementation expert, consultant, trainer, and now solution consultant at a leading software company. Along the way, I discovered something important: even the best tools are useless without a clear plan and a system that actually fits the way people work.

I started Gridworks because I’ve seen firsthand how powerful no-code tools like Airtable can be—especially for small and mid-sized businesses that don’t have a full tech team behind them. Technology should make things easier, not more confusing. But too often, businesses are buried in scattered data, outdated processes, and software that doesn’t quite fit.

At Gridworks, my goal is to change that. I bring an analytical eye, a big-picture mindset, and a relentless drive to solve the right problems the right way. I pride myself on understanding what you need—even if you’re not quite sure how to say it—and turning that into systems that save time, reduce stress, and just work.
